Your mission

Advising customers on the technical design & implementation of complex supply systems
Technical Building Equipment system planning in the HVAC specialist area
Creation of schematic drawings
Supporting the CAD designers in implementing the plans in the 3D model
Coordination of planning with other planning participants, experts, authorities and clients 
Drawing up cost estimates, cost calculations and preparing bills of quantities 
Obtaining and evaluating offers, technical and commercial processing with contractors and experts
Ensuring the quality of planning and adherence to deadlines
Independent implementation of projects

Degree in building or energy technology or state-certified HVAC technician or comparable technical training
Several years of professional experience in the planning of complex technical building equipment systems
Holistic understanding of technically complex interrelationships and the ability to think “outside the box”
Solution-oriented, independent way of working combined with good communication skills
Good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English
Customer orientation and reliability
